By the way, it is my second bag. The first one got damaged already, and I had to replace it with a higher quality brand.
Doing punching bag training is one of my favorite exercises. It is a full-body exercise and is great in building core muscle strength and flexibility. Coupled with other boxing drills, you can build functional muscles too and burn a lot of calories just by spending 30 minutes boxing.
